commercialization (rental or sale) in the vast real estate market.
As we know, at the moment the amount of properties on sale is very high.

Home Staging creates a positive feeling from the first minute stepping into the property. It has to be visually attractive so the possibilities of selling or rental increases, avoiding price reductions.
The process consists in lighting up, decorate, redistribution of spaces, depersonalise and neutralize the property so it will be attractive for a larger number of visitors.
This innovative marketing system was born beetwen EEUU, Australia and Canada around the 70’s. At the moment, half of the north american properties are putting thier trust in profesionals of Home Staging, before stepping into the market.
Beetwen the nineties and the years two thousand it has developed strong in England, Scandinavian Countries, France, Belgium and Germany, In the early two thousand the first specialised home staging companies formed in Spain.
The figure of the Home Stager complements the work of real estate agents, photographers, interior designers and owners that need orientation towards the presentation of their property as a sale/rent product.
